ORC - Operators Remote Control

The ORC - Operators Remote Control uses a RS-485 data line that is connected to the radio. With this unit it is possible to change frequency and simple diagnostics of the radio.

The unit has a 19’’ sub-rack format and is 3U high. The ORC has RS-232/RS-485 interface. The operator can select operating frequency directly from radio’s channel store, and there is a read-out of frequency information. The power is supplied from ARC or Radio modules. The channels must be preprogrammed in the radio in advance.
